West Ord Farm offers a choice of seven holiday cottages that can cater for up to 31 people. The cottages are old fishing cottages tastefully upgraded and modernised, or converted farm cottages in a similar style. The cottages are full of character and offer the best of country living on the banks of the river Tweed by Berwick.
Accommodation is as follows:
- The Garden Cottage which sleeps up to 6 persons,
- Shepards cottage also accommodating 6 persons,
- Two riverside cottages sleeping 5 and 4 respectively,
- A row of 3 terraced cottages lodging 5, 4 and 2.
As can be seen from the pictures the fixtures and fittings are of a high standard very worthy of the 4 diamond rating awarded by the English Tourist Council.
Cottage prices are quoted on a per week basis for Friday to Friday stays and range from as little as £190 for the smaller to £600; for the largest cottage during peak summer months. Shorter breaks are available in the low season from September through April and occasionally due to cancellations.
