  • Offer a choice of seven holiday cottages that can cater for peaceful holidays for two or bring families together, each with the privacy of their own cottage.
  • The cottages are all situated on our beautifully located 470 acre farm on the banks of the River Tweed.
  • Close to the historic town of Berwick upon Tweed, and some of the most beautiful of the Northumbrian beaches.
  • Old fishing cottages tastefully upgraded and modernised, or converted farm cottages in a similar style: the cottages are full of character and offer the best of country living.
  • Excellent walks and abundant wildlife (otters, badgers, deer and a fantastic range of birdlife) all on the farm.
  • We have an all weather tennis court, and our own stretch of fishing on the Tweed.
  • Close to Holy Island & the beautiful Northumbrian coast, Alnwick Castle & Gardens, the Cheviot Hills, and all of the many lovely Scottish Borders towns.
  • Take a day trip to Edinburgh or Newcastle easy to do on the train from Berwick.
  • When the weather gets colder, put a log on the fire and curl up in our cosy cottages with a good book!
Accommodation is as follows:
  • The Garden Cottage which sleeps up to 6 persons,<
  • Shepherds cottage also accommodating 6 persons,
  • Two riverside cottages sleeping 5 and 4 respectively,
  • A row of 3 terraced cottages lodging 5, 4 and 2.
As can be seen from the pictures the fixtures and fittings are of a high standard and very worthy of the 4 star rating awarded by VisitBritain.
Cottage prices are quoted on a per week basis for Saturday to Saturday stays and range from as little as £190 for the smaller to £700; for the largest cottage during peak summer months. Shorter breaks are available in the low season from September through April and occasionally due to cancellations.
