Cliff House Cottages, four, one bedroomed cottages set in a pretty courtyard, close to the harbour in Seahouses. Catering for up to 2 persons each they are ideally situated for all the village amenities, VB 3/4 star. Prices from £236 per 3 night short break; £315pw
Kipper Cottage, and The Seashells are both situated about a hundred yards from Cliff House, they are 2 bedroomed sleeping up to 4 and VB 4 star rated. Parking within the courtyards. Prices from £299 for a 3 night short break; £365 pw.
Chesterdene is a wonderful detached house set in its own spacious garden in the hamlet of Waren Mill, close to Bamburgh. It sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, with additional double sofa bed for occasional visitor. The property has an large wood burner in the lounge, huge dining room, conservatory, pool room and large fully equipped kitchen.
A second mezanine floor doubles as an occasional bedroom or great kids area with game station and TV. In addition there is a fully enclosed barbecue so you can enjoy alfresco dining even in the rain. 7 nights from £850 short breaks from £635 (based on 8 person occupancy).
The Bothy Beadnell is a delightful 3 bedroom cottage situated in the grounds of Beadnell House, with a huge open plan living/kitchen area with vaulted ceiling it is spacious and airy, a wood burning stove and underfloor heating throughout make it a great base for an out of season break too.

Taylors a first floor 2 bedroomed apartment in the converted Beadnell House, Beadnell is traditional luxury personified. Property can sleep 5 persons as 1 bedroom has a double and single bed.

The Penthouse, as you'd expect, is at the top of the house and has been created from the conversion of the upper servants quarters and attic space of the beautiful Beadnell House, Beadnell.

Hastings House, is our signature property, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and situated in North Sunderland, Seahouses. Designed as a comfortable family home it is equipped specifically for the holiday market.
The 5 bedrooms can accommodate 5 kingsize or 5 twin rooms or any combination. Three bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor offering accommodation for the less mobile. The spacious living accommodation provides quiet spaces, a games room, a kitchen which is equipped to serve a simple sandwich to a gourmet meal for 11.
Views are spectacular from the upstairs lounge with its vaulted beamed ceiling. There's even a hot tub in the garden for those balmy summer evenings, and a cosy wood-burner for winter nights. Poachers Retreat is a 3 bedroomed cottage which has been tastefully decorated and furnished in a similar style Hastings House. Sleeping 6 people, it also has a ground floor bedroom and shower room for easy acces for those with less mobility.
A private courtyard offers enclosed outside space for alfresco dining and there is designated parking for 2 cars. Poachers Retreat can be booked in conjunction with Hastings House offering total accommodation for 16 plus infants. Poachers is priced from £449 for a 3 night short break and from £559 for 7 nights.
