Excellent for walking and cycling with quiet country lanes and bridleways literally from your doorstep and planning your trips couldn't be simpler as you'll find a National Park visitor centre next to Ingram's 11th Century Church.
The hamlet of Ingram is a small picturesque oasis at the heart of an open valley nestling in the Cheviot foothills and our river Breamish itself is a Site of Special Scientific Interest, one of the cleanest in the UK and an Area of Conservation. Our guests say the position is idyllic and so central for exploring the historic County of Northumberland with its wealth of castles and historic houses.

The market town of Alnwick is a short drive and just beyond are all of the beautiful open sandy beaches and quiet coves forming the Heritage Coastline, including Holy Island and the Farne Islands renowned for bird watching.
We also have an interesting choice of inns, bistros and country restaurants in the surrounding area.
These individually designed and beautifully furnished properties all have log fires and are fully equipped with every modern convenience. |

Coach House sleeps 2. Enchanting homely cottage just right for two with choice of twin or super king size beds.

Dovecote sleeps 2. Luxuriously appointed, facing south onto lawn courtyard and hills beyond. From the king bedroom are novel views through the dovecote feature and a double ended bath en suite.
West Cottage sleeps 2+2 children. A light and sunny ground floor two bedroom property accessed through the former stables courtyard and in keeping with the original character it has a large inglenook fireplace.

Hillside View sleeps 2+3 children. Originally the nursery wing, this spacious two bedroom first floor property commands splendid views of the Cheviot Hills and it is popular with both couples and families alike. Large lounge, farmhouse kitchen/diner and refitted Victorian bathroom.
Honeysuckle Cottage sleeps 4. Wonderfully light and spacious it has great views. Two bedrooms, shower room and Victorian bathroom with log fire. Lounge and separate kitchen to morning room.

Stables Cottage sleeps 4. Delightful south-west facing cottage with hand painted country kitchen and garden rooms both leading onto secluded patio and lawns. Lounge with Inglenook, oak flooring, two bedrooms, bathroom and shower room/wc.
Bluebell Byre sleeps 4. This single storey country cottage has unsurpassed picturesque views. Exquisite farmhouse kitchen/dining room with Aga (also electric oven/hob!) and a relaxing lounge, two en suite bedrooms.
