Located just a pleasant stroll from the centre of Alnwick, Alndyke Farm is a fantastic location for a great Northumbrian holiday. You can stay either self-catering in one of the delightful stone period farm cottages, or in the lovely farmhouse, with superb bed and breakfast accommodation.

The farm is run by the fourth generation of the Davison family, who have been the proud owners of this stunning Grade II Listed Georgian Farm since 1898. Just one and a half miles from the centre of this historic market town, this is a working farm where you can discover the Northumbrian landscape in all its glory. If you love home comforts, beautiful scenery, and a sumptuous breakfast cooked on an Aga, then bed and breakfast in the farmhouse is just for you.

All the guest bedrooms are stunning. The rooms have TVs, a complimentary selection of hot beverages, hairdryers, and central heating: You have a choice of either an en-suite with a shower or a bath, all with wooden floors, heated towel rails, fluffy towels and plenty of hot water.

The dining room is very elegant, and the perfect place to enjoy a full Northumbrian breakfast. The lounge has a wood burning stove, stunning views, and very comfy sofas.

Blueberry Cottage and Suzanne's Cottage are glorious self-catering cottages, right in the heart of the farm. They each have parking for two cars, a garden with a lawn and playthings for children. Both have lounges with wood burners, TV's with DVD player and Freeview, comfy sofas, and central heating runs throughout. The kitchens have a dishwasher, cooker and oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer.

Both cottages have downstairs toilets as well as bathrooms upstairs. Each has three bedrooms: A double room with a four-poster bed, a twin room and a double room. Both have bathrooms with showers over the baths.

A home made cake and a welcome hamper of fresh eggs, milk and bread awaits you on arrival, and all linen, fuel and power is included in the accommodation.
